  • A minimum of 2 days to pass the evaluation, 1 minimum trading day with add-on for the 50k Pro Account.
News Trading Rules
  • My Funded Futures prohibits exploiting news volatility (e.g., straddles, strangles, or disguised news trades) Tier 1 news has stricter rules: Pro Sim Funded and Rapid Sim Funded accounts cannot trade during T1 events, no open positions/orders 2 minutes before or after T1 data release. while Core accounts are unrestricted. Traders may trade through non-T1 news only if following their normal strategy, but MFFU is not liable for broker disruptions during news.
Automated Trading Protocols and EA's
  • Automated strategies are allowed only if they don’t exploit simulator fills, and live-account automation must follow CME guidelines.
Copy trading and trade copiers
  • Traders may make use of automated trading strategies tailored to their won specific settings so long as these automated tools do not aim to exploit the favorable fills offered in the Simulated Environment.
  • Traders trading live accounts with automated trading MUST abide by CME guidelines.
Consistency rule
  • For Rapid, Pro and Core program: 50% consistency rule in the evaluation stage only
  • No Consistency Rule on the 50K Pro + One Day to Pass Add- on with 4,000 Profit Target.
2% Price Limit RuleCross Instrument Policy
  • Single Instrument Limit: Orders exceeding the allowed contract size for a single instrument (e.g., more than 2 contracts on NQ) will be automatically rejected. ​
  • Cross Instrument Trading: Orders that combine different instruments (e.g., 2 minis and 20 micros) may technically execute even if they exceed the overall limit (e.g., more than 2 contracts in total), but this is not permitted! ​
  • Intentional Rule Bypass: Deliberate attempts to circumvent position scaling rules are considered a breach and will be treated accordingly.
Overnight Holding
  • Not allowed. Trades will automatically close at 4:10 PM / 16:10 EST - It will not result in a breach of the account
Trading Hours
  • 18:00-16:10 EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
  • 06:00 PM - 04:10 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
Inactivity Rule
  • To maintain an active Sim Funded Account, traders must place at least one trade every seven days cycle. Traders planning to take a vacation or a break from trading must inform the support team in advance.

  • Profit Split Structure (Core & Pro): 80%
  • After your first payout, the Max Loss Limit locks to starting balance + $100 (that is, $50,100)
  • Payout processing time: Most payouts are approved instantly. If a manual review is required, processing may take up to 6–12 business hours on weekdays.
Core Plan
  • Earn up to $5,000
  • Eligible for payout after 5 winning days of at least $100 each. Min payout request is $250 and Max payout request is $1000.
50K Core Plan + Free Flex Add-on
  • Traders can request 50% of your net profits per payout, up to $3,000.
  • The other 50% of profits must remain in their account.
  • Standard 80/20 profit split applies
Pro Accounts
  • Traders are eligible for a payout every 14 days. Min payout is $1000 and Max total payout in the Sim Funded stage is $100,000 per user.
  • No Max Payout per Request

  • 100k → $3,100
  • 150k →$4,600
Withdrawal While in Buffer
  • You can withdraw up to 60% of your profits before fully clearing the buffer.
Account Lifecycle and Live Transition:Core Plans
  • Transition to a Live Account after 5 consecutive payouts, or 30 profitable trading days
Pro Plan
  • Reviewed for Live Account transition after 3 consecutive payouts, or $20,000 profit milestone
  • Risk team may also fast-track based on performance
  • Excess profits beyond $100,000 Sim cap may be transitioned to Live (up to plan-specific limits)
Rapid Plan
  • Profit split: 90%
Payout requirements
  • Required Buffer:
  • 50k → $2,100
  • 100k → $3,100

  • Consistency Requirement: None (You don’t need to meet a consistency rule to get paid)
  • Payout Frequency: Daily
  • The payout window refreshes at market close.
  • Your first payout becomes available exactly 24 hours after your first trade on the Sim Funded account (as long as you meet the buffer and minimum payout Amount).
  • Minimum Payout Request: $500 | Max total payout in the Sim Funded stage is $100,000 per User | No Max Payout per Request
  • Max Loss Lock at $100
  • Once your trailing Max Loss reaches $100, it locks there. From that point on, it does not trail anymore. You must always keep at least $100 in the account. | If your balance goes below $100, the account is breached.
